POST 6: F O O D


Hi again. I´m in the last stage of the year, I have too many things to do: work on my tesis, correct evaluations of my students, finish some works, but today I want to talk about FOOD. Yes, I´m a big procrastinator and because of that I like to talk about something different than I must to do.

I really like to eat, but I don´t like to cook. Anyway, I think is important have a good diet specially because the food you eat impact in your physical and mental performance.

I don´t have an special behavior about food, I eat anything, meal, vegetables, fruits, fish, carbohydrates, legumes and neither have any repulse about food, I like food and i love to taste new flavours. However, basically I still have the preferences when I was a child: I love roast chicken with fries, pizza, hamburguer, and all of that kind of thinks.
 
I´ve never been on a diet because my problem ussually was the opposite: I was very skinny, my mother gived to me vitamins to made me gain weight, and several times I tried to eat more than I think I need. Anyway, this situation was turn arround when I began to work in my profession since 6 years ago, I gained 15 kilograms and stayed ther. Thanks to that today I don´t have problems with my weight.
